Video tour of installation detail designed and fabricated with Fab@School Maker Studio at 2018 Summer ArtCamp. Video by Fernando Porras.
At our 2018 Summer ArtCamp, children ages 6-12 years old enjoyed making art with clay, paint, mixed media, and - for the first time in our 48 years of summer art camp - Technology! Full STEAM Ahead at Lighthouse ArtCenter School of Art offered the whole enchilada. While ArtCampers explored their own unique creativity they made artwork to take home and engage with friends and families in the community by working together to create a monumental temporary art installation. This was a summer they’ll always remember! Check back for 2019 dates! Comments from 2018 Summer ArtCamp:
