Drawing and Painting Birds

Nature artist Randall Scott leads students through an intriguing journey of the many facets of bird art. The class will be exploring species, habitats, seasonal and growth plumages, anatomy, and behaviors.  Students will grow in subject knowledge, as well as enhancing individual artistic skills in drawing and painting.  The class will begin with still photos, eventually sketching from video, in preparation for field sketching.  Painting will consist both of field and studio watercolor techniques.
All levels welcome.
