The Brown Bag Lunch Series

Every Friday at the School of Art!

You don't have to be an artist to make art. Be part of a fast-paced class where formally trained instructors demonstrate how easy and fun ART can be. You'll have a chance to jump in and try your hand at creating. Get as messy as you like... smocks are provided!

Watch and learn how mud can be transformed by hand and wheel into fantastic objects that delight and enhance our lives. Learn about glazes, kilns and firing techniques used to produce spectacular ceramic works of ART.
May 9 - Peggy Kirkwood   
Wonderful World of Watercolor
Peggy will demonstrate watercolor in all its glorious, versatile applications and capabilities. She will show you the magic of watercolor from a very loose and flowing style to near photo realism. A great class explaining the variety of techniques that watercolor offers.

Cara brings functional ceramics to new artistic heights when she creatively alters and transforms traditional wheel thrown pottery into enchanting shapes and sculptures.
