Sara Stout

Sara Stout is an Adjunct Professor of Flute at Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she also instructs the Woodwind Ensemble.
She hold a Bachelor of Music Education from University of Florida and a Masters in Music from Ohio University. Further instruction
in the flute was acquired in Nice, France at the Academie Internationale D'Ete and summer music study with Julius Baker of the
New York Philharmonic.

During her Masters Program, Ms. Stout was awarded a Chicago Music Foundation Grant, which enabled her to teach flute/woodwinds
in Akko, Israel with the Akko Youth Band, an internationally acclaimed young musicians' ensemble.

She has performed in numerous local professional ensembles, including Palm Beach Opera, Greater Palm Beach Symphony, Ballet
Florida, South Florida Symphony, Boca Pops, Symphony of the Americas, South West Florida Symphony, Brevard Symphony
Orchestra and currently the Palm Beach Pops and Miami City Ballet.

Sara Stout is also the founder and conductor of the Flutopia Flute Choir and its training ensemble, Flute Force.
